About Our Cardiovascular Technology Program

The Cardiovascular Technology Associate Degree Program at EIC equips students for careers in cardiovascular technology through practical training and theoretical education. Programmatically accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), this program comprises 20 general education credits in statistics, interpersonal communications, general psychology, English and anatomy and physiology, as well 46 credits in the program’s major courses for a total of 66 credits.

As you work through the two-year cardiovascular technology program, our faculty will help prepare you with the knowledge, experience and qualifications you need to compete for entry-level positions in the field.
